 >Holidays in Clay – Dee Grossman.  Monday from 6:30pm – 8:30pm beginning October 15, 2018. (6 sessions)  This class is for beginners who would like to work with clay to create pottery and hand built items. Students will be introduced to the wonders of clay beginning with hand built items and progressing to exposure on the wheel. Projects will include holiday themed pieces. Tools are provided but the cost of clay is an additional $25 for a 25# bag.  Member cost $100 Non-Member cost $120.



> Clay Workshop – Ashley McCahill.    Tuesday, November 27, 2018 – 6:30pm – 8:30pm. Christmas Giftables. Create your vision…hand build a unique ceramic item.  All materials included. Cost is $45 ONLY 2 SPOTS LEFT!


> Wednesday Evening Open Studio – facilitated by Ashley McCleery, 6:30 – 8:30pm. This opportunity is for students who have already taken classes.  Available dates: November 14, 28, December 5 and 12, 2018.  Cost is $10 per night.


>Adult Pottery - Ashley McCleery. Wednesday from 6:30 – 8:30 PM, (6) sessions beginning September 19, 2018. Individual instruction in hand building, wheel throwing and glazing.  Design and create your own clay masterpieces. Tools are provided, but the cost of clay is an additional $25 for a (25) lb. bag, which includes glazing and firing. Member Cost: $100 – Non-Member Cost: $120.  ONLY 2 SPOTS LEFT!


>Photography workshops – Terry Barnhill. 3 Separate Sessions, sign up for one, two or all three! 

Session # 1: One evening, Monday, October 22, 6:30pm – 8:30pm, Cost is $15. How to Photograph your kids (students) activities.  How to set your camera and choose your lens.  Selecting the best locations and strategies for taking great photos.

Session # 2: Two evenings, Monday & Tuesday, October 29 & 30, 6:30 – 8pm. Cost is $20. Simplifying the DSLR. What are all of those menu’s about? How to set up your camera for the best results in any situation

Session # 3: Two evenings, Monday & Tuesday, November 5 & 6, 6:30 – 8:00pm. Cost is $20. DSLR set up and techniques for the intermediate level photographer. “I am comfortable with my camera, but there are still a lot of things I don’t understand” If you want to take your photo’s to the next level…this class is for you!


>Advanced Pottery - Monthly Open Studio  Pottery Students who want to use the TCCA facility without class instruction can now do so during TCCA hours and during scheduled classes with permission of the instructor. TCCA Board approved requirements: Must be a member of TCCA. Must have taken at least (3) prior TCCA pottery classes. Must purchase Clay from TCCA and work without instruction. Pottery will be fired for you by instructors along with other student work.  Please note…The purpose of open studio is to provide TCCA Members with a studio space to create pottery for personal pleasure and artistic enrichment or to enhance skills and ability.  Open Studio is not intended to expense business costs of  production for retail sale or to support a personal business venture. Cost – $50 / month (for members only)


>Glaze Making 101Debbie Tucker. 6 Mondays, 6:30pm – 8:30pm TBA. For students who already have a basic understanding of pottery and glazes who want to learn about mixing unique glazes. The classes will focus on glaze chemistry, proper tools, and the mixing of chemicals to produce a functioning glaze. Member cost $65 -Non-Members $75.  Materials will be provided.

> Pit Fire Workshop – Kim Hohlmayer. Ages 10 to Adult.  TBA. Learn a process in glaze firing that is similar to RAKU yet surprisingly different! Lots of coppery highlights.  Make a variety of projects to fire.  Member cost – $55 – Non Member cost – $65

> Painting GroupTwila Christner. Ongoing, Tuesdays 10:00am – 2:00pm. Do you enjoy painting in the company of others? Join the fun and create your works of art. Bring a little something for a pot luck lunch. Member Cost – $8 per session. Non-Member Cost – $10 / session

> Watercolor, Acrylic or Oil PaintingBill Koch. Ongoing, Saturdays 9:00am – 11:00am. Individual instruction with ALL levels of experience. Member Cost – $8 per session. Non-Member Cost – $10 / session.
